Replacement Only

• Use back existing piping (refrigerant and drainage), insulation, trunking, and wiring, warranty not covered.
• Vacuum & flush existing piping.
• No warranty on existing piping.
• Alteration or shifting of existing pipes will incur additional charges.
• Pressure testing of pipes will be charged separately, if requested by the owner.

Replacement Only Warranty

• 5 years on compressor.
• 1 year on other spare parts.
• 1 year limited installation workmanship.
• No warranty on gas leaks or water leaking due to lack of servicing.
• Condensation due to material wear and tear not covered.

Standard Installation

• FREE Full Premium upgraded materials:
  • 15m standard piping per FCU.
  • 1/2″ K Flex PSB Certified Class O insulation (Origin: Italy).
  • 22 SWG copper piping 0.71mm (Source 1 Brand, Origin: USA).
  • Litaflex UPVC Trunking (Origin: Singapore).
  • Sigma/Keystone wire cables (Made in Singapore).
  • Litaflex 16mm UPVC drain pipe (Origin: Singapore).

Standard Installation Warranty

• 5 years on compressor.
• 1 year on other spare parts.
• 1 year full installation workmanship.
• Water leaking due to lack of servicing not covered.

Terms and Conditions

• Sales representative will contact you within 1 working day for installation scheduling.
• Customer or authorized person must confirm equipment locations on-site during installation.
• Site survey included prior to installation date.
• Standard installation materials included.
• No refunds after installation.
• Dismantled units become Commerce star’s property; returning them incurs $50.00/FCU.
